By accessing or shopping at cutesypawsy.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Products

CutesyPawsy provides pet products (“everything for pets”).

Product images may appear slightly different depending on screen and lighting.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in EUR.

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on destination.

4. Orders

An order becomes valid when you receive an order confirmation email.

We may cancel an order if:

– fraud is suspected

– the item is unavailable

– delivery is not possible to the provided address

5. Payments

Accepted methods:

– Apple Pay

– Google Pay

– Shopify Payments

– PayPal

All payments are processed securely via encrypted channels.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Order processing time: 1–3 business days

Shipping time: 8–18 business days (global)

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier disruptions.

7. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns except in the following cases:

– Items damaged during shipping

– Incorrect items received

We will provide either:

– a full refund, or

– a free replacement shipment

8. Limitation of Liability

CutesyPawsy is not responsible for indirect damages, misuse of products, or delays caused by third-party carriers.

9. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of Finland.

Disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
